Kings EDC’s One-stop Business Center works closely with
the cities, county, State, Chambers of Commerce, utilities,
existing businesses, financial institutions, interested
groups and individuals, to ensure that Kings EDC’s
economic development programs are meeting community
goals. We strive to create job opportunities for the
community and increase the bottom line for business,
through development and retention assistance. Once a firm makes a decision to relocate or expand in Kings County, Kings EDC will help the firm obtain relocation services, access to capital, incentive zone(s) vouchering, and provide assistance in expediting state and local regulatory and permitting processes. Success in the highly competitive economic development arena requires aggressive and creative new programs. It also requires teamwork and effective partnerships between the business community and our local governments, significant contributions of time, effort and financial resources. |
